Parents are around the clock to accompany their children. They need to be nannies and tutors, so that parents feel unusually anxious, tired and helpless. Even some parents in Shanghai have killed themselves by forcing their children to work. At the same time, many students are unable to bear any pressure every year. Many children are harming their families and endangering the society. Many families are fragmented because of their children's education problems. All of these incidents make people sigh with regret. In order to avoid these tragedies to the greatest extent, it is imminent to raise the level of parental rearing.

Most of the children's problems stem from their families, and their parents should first treat their children's diseases. It is especially important to raise the level of parental rearing, because the future of the child determines the future of the family and determines the future of China.

As we all know, driving on the road requires first training, passing examinations, getting a driver's license, and driving on the road. However, as a child's life and future, even the future parents of the Chinese nation, there is no need to undergo any compulsory training and training. There are a large number of parents of "illiterate" parents in the society, resulting in a large number of problem children and adolescents.

Two, problems

Family education is a profound knowledge, covering psychology, hygiene, sociology, humanities, education and science, and many other aspects of knowledge and skills. At present, the way that our parents raise their children mainly follows the experience of their fathers, or participates in their children's home school cooperation activities, parents' school training, parents' training in social organizations, and self learning. This has promoted the level of parental rearing, but there are some problems:

First, there is no relevant stipulation and supervision mechanism for parents to participate in the continuous learning of parents in our country. At this stage, it is necessary to take the promotion of parental rearing ability as the most important work to enhance the core competitiveness of the next generation. It should be included in the national education system, and the following measures should be taken to improve parents' family education level:

1., at the level of system and funding. The State formulates and improves the laws, regulations and policies of parents' school education, defines parents' learning obligations, and stipulates that parents need to be certified. Parents must complete the annual training task of parents' schools, receive at least 8-16 hours of training under the centralized training line every year and a certain time line online course. Parents take part in online or offline tests and obtain training certificates, so that they can enter the next year's parent school learning and assessment. The special funds for parents' continuing education should be allocated mainly by districts and counties, so as to develop and revise parents' school electronic courseware materials, and establish a training management system, so as to ensure that a certain amount of human property is invested every year to ensure the implementation and continuous implementation of parents' schools.

2. improve the parent school education system. We should set up a parent school organization system from all levels of the country, from the provincial to the basic level schools. It can be implemented in stages: (1) parents need to take part in family education and training for pre pregnancy and 0-2 year old infants before they have children. They can be organized and implemented by family planning departments, civil administration and early childhood care institutions. (2) after entering the pre-school education institutions, it is necessary to study 3-6 years old preschool children's family education and training, which can be implemented by women's federations and pre-school education institutions. 3. scientific research and development of parents' school textbooks. It is suggested that the relevant departments of the government, such as: the next generation working committee, the Ministry of education and the women's Federation, take the lead in convening the best children education experts, family education experts, youth psychological experts, etc., to form an expert team, inherit the fine traditions of the Chinese nation, draw lessons from the advanced educational ideas of other countries, formulate teaching syllabus, study plans and study objectives, and create a new era.
