"People centred" is the basic principle of practice, not the abstruse and abstruse concept. However, it is of great significance to clearly understand the theoretical connotation and logic of people centred theory.

First of all, we must be clear about what the people are and where the people are. For the Chinese Communists, "people" is never a discourse label, but has a very definite connotation and direction. In the political Dictionary of the Communist Party of China, apart from the distinct political and class attributes, the "people" also has two key dimensions: one is "the largest majority" and the other is "every one".

In a market economy environment, a society will be divided into different strata and interest groups in order to form competition and maintain vitality. But the people of a country should not be separated from each other as "you", "they" and "us". For the Chinese Communist Party, the people are an indivisible whole and must be the largest majority in a society. Therefore, we have noticed that in the documents of the Communist Party of China, such expressions as "the overwhelming majority of the people" and "the whole people" are often used. In the historical journey towards the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, we emphasize the importance of the people as a whole. General secretary Xi Jinping once said a meaningful word: "good country, good nationality, everyone will be good." What is "everyone", is the people who are highly united under the banner of the people, and have the most common interests, common dreams, and common struggle. The "constitution of the People's Republic of China" refers to "all socialist workers, builders of socialist cause, patriotic supporters of socialism, support of the motherland's unification and commitment to the Chinese nation." In the understanding of the people, we must not generalize and cover up one's eyes. This sentence is the best sample to show the people's view of the Communist Party of China. Therefore, we take the tackling of poverty as the bottom line task and the landmark index of building a well-off society in an all-round way. For the Chinese Communist Party, as long as one person does not enter a well-off society, our solemn commitment to the people can not be fulfilled. Accurate poverty alleviation and accurate poverty alleviation means "accurate" to every poor population in Chinese society. It does not cover the majority of the population without the average number, nor does it allow the poor people to "get well-off" through statistics.

Therefore, when we talk about people's sense of gain, we should not only see the sense of "absolute" gain. We should not just be satisfied with the fact that the masses today get more than yesterday, they will get more tomorrow than they do today, and we must work harder in "relative" acquisition. Adhering to the concept of new development and keeping the harvest of the people in harmony with the development and progress of the whole society and the acquisition of different elements in the market are the connotations of relative sense of gain. From the satisfaction of absolute gain to the relative sense of gain, this change enriches and enriches the realistic content of the value orientation of Chinese social development, and also raises the higher standard of the value orientation of Chinese social development, and highlights the farsighted value orientation of people centred development thought.

   Rely on the people and lay a solid institutional guarantee for "being masters of the country".

Since the eighteen Party's Congress, the overall strategic plan for strict administration of the party is to make the Chinese Communist Party more advanced, better and stronger, but in the final analysis, it is to enable people to have more useful and better tools to create history, to change the world, so that the masses can create the historical strength of reality through the Chinese Communist Party's real ownership.

The Communist Party of China regards itself as "vanguard" itself is a kind of conscious responsibility for tool identity. Listening to the voice of the masses, understanding the aspirations of the masses, and thoroughly understanding the demands of the masses in the process of living together with the masses in the same place and in the process of labor are the real duties and specialties.

Moving towards the people and approaching the masses is serving the people, working for the people and happiness for the people. But at the same time, we Chinese Communists gain more, richer and more valuable. Heart to heart, from heart to heart; our hearts contain the people, the people will also pretend to be in our hearts; when we regard the people as our relatives, the people will take us as relatives. With the backing of the masses, no matter how great risks, challenges and difficulties can be overcome. Why can the Chinese Communist Party become the most powerful political party in the world? Why can we create a miracle of development and governance that is rare in the world? Because we are standing behind the creator of history, and we have the power to create world history.
