Recently, the "China brand development index" launched by the people's daily was officially released. At the same time, 100 brands of HUAWEI, Alibaba and SAIC Group were listed as the 100 index of China brand development (enterprise) index. The index shows that in the third quarter of 2019, China's brand development (macrocosm) index was 107.82, which has been higher than the base period standard for two consecutive quarters, indicating that China's brand economy is approaching the trend of hot development and moving steadily towards the high quality development goal.

At present, China's economic development has attracted worldwide attention, and related indexes play an increasingly important role in business decision making, macroeconomic regulation and control, and multi-level capital market judgement. The upgrading of China's brand economy calls for a scientific standard of measurement with Chinese characteristics and international recognition.
