But it is certain that too many working groups are too much. This is a topic that resonates with many people.

Normally, the purpose of establishing WeChat working group is to facilitate communication. Some normalization work can improve work efficiency by WeChat group. But from a different perspective, technology has actually blurred the boundaries between work and life, making management and control easier. An interesting question is that we use the work group to save time, but where do we spend our time? The truth of life is that time is not only saved but also occupied. Originally, the following classes and weekends are the boundaries, personal life is independent of work; but nowadays, the cold WeChat at night and weekend brings people back to "working hours" at once. This is a huge psychological burden, which means that a person is on standby for 24 hours and is always willing to take advantage of his work.

The sense of encroachment of the working group is determined by its form and content. For example, some leaders convey their tasks through the WeChat group, and it is unrealistic to request "reply" within a few minutes. Not to mention that there are three urgent people. It is normal to not watch mobile phones after work. If you want to leave a mark, do you want to work overtime in disguised form? There are still some work groups belonging to temporary structures.
